We have been homeschooling our own children for MANY years now and love the Waco homeschool community! Starting in the Fall of 2025 we are offering homeschool MATH classes to help bridge the gap for families that need it.
I have dedicated my entire professional career to teaching and tutoring mathematics, from Pre-Algebra to college level Calculus. Your child will truly be getting the "best-of-the-best" math experience.
Classes will be at our home on the north side of Waco, near Lakeshore Drive and Gholson Road. We have a home office studio set up specifically for small classes and tutoring clients.
Algebra 1

** Homeschool Grades ** The above grade levels are suggestions based on the "standard" that you would see in a school system. But you should do what is best for YOUR CHILD. Place them at whatever level of math they need, regardless of age or grade level. That is significantly better than forcing them to take a course they are not yet prepared for. Each class will meet twice per week for a total of 2.5 hours of classroom instruction. I will teach approximately 4 lessons each week and assign homework, quizzes, and tests. I will grade quizzes and tests, and I will maintain a gradebook and provide final averages at the end of each semester. The students will be trained to grade their own homework as part of the learning process (with parent supervision, as needed).
The curriculum will be a printed, spiral-bound notebook that the students complete their notes and assignments in. I will be providing the textbook and it is INCLUDED in the cost below.
Every lesson will be video recorded and posted online in case a student misses class due to travel or illness, or in case they just need to see the explanations again.

Payments can be made via the Zelle online payment platform. It is integrated into nearly every major bank now. You can probably make Zelle payments directly from your bank login. If not, you can sign up for Zelle as a stand-alone app. I will also accept checks or cash.
